Return Policies
We have a customer-friendly 3-day return policy after the date of delivery, if the delivered jewellery item has verified manufacturing defects.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at rightjeweller@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time(more than 30 days), you may request a refund. We will assess the situation and determine eligibility.

Items that don't meet these conditions won't be eligible for return or exchange.
Please note, any FREE gifts must also be returned. -
Items that have been altered, resized, not used as per the instructions or personalised are not eligible for return.

Items purchased during sale events are not eligible for returns, only exchanges.

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and begin processing your refund. Please note the following details regarding the refund process:

Pickup Charge Dedication
A deduction of Rs 150 will be made to cover the pickup charge for returns and refunds only. This charge does not apply to exchanges. -
Refund Process
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method post 2 -7 business working days of us receiving the product. Refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. -
Processing Time
While we aim to process refunds quickly, please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience! -

Received a Damaged or Tampered Package
Please note, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person for RTO (Return to Origin). -
After that, reach out to us on our phone number +91 72763 42267 or email us at rightjeweller@gmail.com with your Order ID, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately. We will send you a brand-new replacement at no additional cost, as you deserve the best! However, please be aware that we cannot process the return without the originally requested video.
Exchange Policies

We proudly offer a lifetime exchange of our products at any point in time. If you want to exchange the chain for a new design immediately after you receive your order. You have to raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one, or create a new one using the same email ID which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available, and we will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep if available by our courier partner.

Once we have it with us, we will ship the exchange product to you within 5-7 working days without any additional cost. Please note, RIGHT JEWELLER will arrange for the pickup from your doorstep.

Get 50% of the purchase amount as a discount in the first year, 40% in the second, 30% in the third, and 25% in later years of the purchase amount as a discount when exchanging jewellery items.

Please be aware that damages such as issues with fading of locks/closures, discolouration or fake-looking polish (e.g., a different yellow color), breakage due to unlinking, or damage to our logo are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product has been intentionally tampered with/customised by the customer.

If you want to exchange the product & you ordered another product of a higher amount, you will have to pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

If you want to exchange your product for another product of a lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it, and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note.

We’re proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our plating. If your jewellery ever fades or discolours, we’ll replace it once, free of charge for the entire lifetime of the piece. A lifetime exchange option is always available with our jewellery items.

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or stolen. It also doesn’t include scratches from everyday use, improper storage, or modifications made by anyone other than RIGHT JEWELLER.
MISTAKENLY RETURNING A DIFFERENT ITEM
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, RIGHT JEWELLER cannot reship other items, other than our products, mistakenly sent to us.
NON-AUTHORIZED RETURNS
RIGHT JEWELLER reserves the right to refuse any unauthorised returns, including but not limited to final sale items, and return such items to the sender. RIGHT JEWELLER is not responsible for return shipments that are rejected, redirected, or abandoned, and will not issue a refund for the affected item(s).
If RIGHT JEWELLER identifies a pattern of excessive returns or abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any current or future returns, or access to our Sites (or any portion thereof).
