Lifetime Warranty

Yes, at Right Jeweller, we’re proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on our plating. If your jewellery ever fades or discolours, we’ll replace it once for free of charge for the entire lifetime of the piece.

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or stolen. It also doesn’t include scratches from everyday use, improper storage, not using as per instructions or modifications made by anyone other than Right Jeweller.

Please note we reserve the right to deny replacements if the fading is not easily perceptible or noticeable to the eye, and/or if breakage/damage of the product is due to an external force.
