1. Can our chains be used in hot and cold water?
Yes, our chains can be used in hot and/or cold water. You can use them daily without removing them, even while bathing or sleeping.
2. Does soap or shampoo water affect the life of the chains if used daily?
No, soap or shampoo does not affect our chains at all. On the contrary, we recommend you to wash our chains at least once or twice a week with soap or shampoo. The only thing that can damage the platting is sweat and dust.
3. Can I wear the chains during physical activities or sports?
Yes, you can wear them daily, even while you are working out or playing sports.
4. How do I maintain my Right Jeweller chains?
Simply wash them at least once a week with soap or shampoo water.
5. Do you have physical stores?
We don't have any physical store as of now, but we're always available online to help you with any questions or concerns.

7. What materials are used in Right Jeweller Gold chains?
We use 24k Gold, which has a superior quality plating on a copper material base. We have tested this for more than 5 years, due to which we have perfected the art of luxury finishes which last for years without any change to our finishing.
8. What sizes do our chain jewellery come in?
Our jewellery comes in 18, 20, 22 and 24 inches, because we want to make sure that we provide suitable options for all individuals. For specific size details, please refer to the size specifications on each product page.
9. Can I request a specific length for Right Jeweller chains?
Yes, you can opt for a custom length for our existing design chains. You will have to contact us before placing an order, and we will get that done for you with an additional cost.
10. What happens if the gold plating fades?
This has not happened yet, but if this happens, you are covered with a lifetime warranty for the chain's gold plating. We will replace the chain once for you after the return and inspection process of the returned chain is completed. Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that are lost or stolen. It also doesn’t include scratches from everyday use, improper storage, or modifications made by anyone other than Right Jeweller.
11. How are we so good at making chains?
Our skilled jewellers use advanced techniques and carefully make each piece by hand, and test it for daily use. This makes sure the jewellery is finished in good quality and long-lasting coating.
